@selfsame I agree it doesn't *need* to change for the sake of change itself; though being "soft" (easy to change should a need arise) is part of software's power - to be able to change the behavior of machines without having to change the machines themselves.

I think software should be easy to change by the users first of all.

@selfsame in fact try to write easy to mantain small software that can is bug free due to good design
