just switched from zsh to bash, it's cool

@benjaminwil I'm genuinely curious what got you to make the jump!

and i ended up learning more about how shells work by trying to re-create my old environment in bash-compatible scripts.

did you know zsh uses its own implementation of readline? this allows you to do cool stuff like have syntax highlighting as you type commands. that is something i do miss, but i am enjoying checking out other toggleable bash functionality in the meantime.

@benjaminwil Sounds like a pretty good reason! I'm not sure how well I make use of zsh myself 😅
